I like how this looks. After a little tweeking I got it to work. The batteries were dead and the sun wasn't doing it. I put the batteries in my camera charger and 10 hours later I had fully charged batteries. Ever since then it has worked beautifully. Doesn't give out a lot of light but thats because its a bug zapper. I also thought that the holes had blue stones but are open which is good so the bugs can get in and you can empty it with a little shake and water from rain and bugs come out easily. I have another type owl that I bought for crows but after a year the crows (they are smart) started coming back. Now with this new owl I set it next to the other one and the crows are gone... They must think there are 2 owls that are in love. I move the new one on the deck railing every 2 days or so just in case the crows learn that it doesn't move.
