Sales Tax

Collections Etc. charges the following for sales tax:

For orders shipped to Illinois – add 8.00% Sales Tax on Merchandise and Shipping & Handling.

For orders shipped to Kansas – add appropriate Local or County Sales Tax Rate on Merchandise and Shipping & Handling.

Shipping & Handling

Please refer to the following chart for shipping/handling charges. Delivery times apply to in-stock merchandise only.

Standard Delivery – Please allow approximately 7-10 business days for delivery upon receipt of your order.

Express Service – Please allow approximately 4-6 business days for delivery upon receipt of your order. No personal checks accepted for Express Service.

Service Outside the Continental U.S. – We do not ship merchandise outside the Continental U.S. with the exception of Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and other U.S. Territories. In addition, the U.S. Post Office enforced a change in shipping requirements, as outlined by Homeland Security, for shipping packages to APO and FPO locations. These changes prevent Collections Etc. from being able to economically ship to APO or FPO addresses.

To calculate delivery for non-continental shipments, use Standard shipping charges, plus $6.50 per item (excluding doll stands). Orders shipped to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and all U.S. Territories may require additional delivery time.

No express delivery to P.O. Boxes or outside the 48 contiguous United States.
