We want to make sure your shopping experience with Collections Etc. is fun and enjoyable. To make shopping with us as easy as possible, we have provided step-by-step website shopping instructions below:

Catalog Quick Order
If you have received a catalog and know the products you want, you
can shop quickly with our "Catalog Quick Order." Just click
the "Catalog Quick Order" link in the top navigation, enter
the Promo
Code in the box provided, type in the item numbers you would
like to purchase, and click "Add to Cart." You will advance
to step 4, "Shopping Cart."

Look for Products
Customers can search for products two ways:

a. |
Navigate by Category. Products can be found by clicking on any of the categories on the left hand navigation. A list of products relevant to your selected category will appear on the page.

b. |
Product Search. Enter an item number or product name in the search field, located in the top navigation. Your search will bring up the specific products or a selection of products that best match your search.

Select a Product When you
have found the product you want, click on the product and you will
be taken to the product page. The product page will allow you to read
about the product, enlarge the product image, send the product to
a friend, and add the product to your "Shopping Cart." If
you would like to add the product to your cart, select the product
quantity you would like and click "Add to Cart." This will
take you to step 4, "Shopping Cart."

Shopping Cart In the "Shopping
Cart," please review all of your item information. Any backordered
items will be indicated, with the expected shipping date. If the products
and quantities are correct, click the "Checkout" button
to go to the "Billing Information" page.

Billing Information
On the "Billing Information" page, please enter your Promo
Code in the box provided. Next, check the box if your order
should be shipped to a different address, and fill all of the required
fields for your billing information. If you are registered customer,
you may login to have your billing information automatically populate
the fields for a faster checkout. Finally, select a shipping method.
The default shipping method is set to standard, 7-10 business days.
Click "Continue." If you checked the box "Ship order
to a different address," you will continue to step 6, "Shipping
Information." Otherwise, you will continue to step 7, "Payment
Information."

Shipping Information Please
complete all of the required fields on the "Shipping Information"
page. If you are shipping the order as a gift and would like prices
to be hidden, as well as a personal message included on the packing
slip, please check the "Gift" box and type in a gift message
of 255 characters or less. Click "Continue."

Payment Information Please
verify that your Billing and Shipping Information are correct. If
needed, please click on the edit links to return to the Billing or
Shipping Information pages to make any changes. Next, please verify
that your items, quantities, and prices are correct. Any Promo
Code discounts applied to your order will be shown on this
page. Please select your payment option, enter your credit card number
and expiration date, and click "Purchase." (You will be
charged for your order when your items are shipped.)

Order Confirmation Your order confirmation will provide you with your order number and the details of your order. You are welcome to print this page for your records, or select the receipt link to have a printer-friendly version.
