I purchased 2 Randy Roadrunners for the front of my house. Since we live in the desert area outside Phoenix, Az., it is common to see these birds occasionally. But to see people driving by and slowing down to get a better look, or neighbors out walking and trying to sneak up on them, is almost funny. They look that real. They look that Good! -
San Tan Valley, Az.

Looks just like a real-life Roadrunner
When Randy Roadrunner arrived, I could not believe how real he looks. People think that he is a live bird until they get closer and he does not run or fly away. Randy is perfect to give someone who has a desert landscape or cacti garden. A few years ago, a Roadrunner visited my cacti garden, flew onto my 6-foot block fence, and then flew onto my roof. It is difficult to believe that Roadrunners can kill large rattlesnakes and eat them, but they do. Randy looks very durable and is easy to assemble. Buy him with confidence. -
I would buy this product again
I love Randy the roadrunner. My husband saw him through the window while it was raining and thought it was real--even though we live in NY! Too funny. I would recommend him anytime. -

Roadrunner looks so real
I bought the Roadrunner for my daughter. They put it on their front lawn. Her husband came home from work to find the roadrunner all the way on the other side of the yard. He got it and put it back. Before he could get out of the yard, he heard a noise. A Hawk was trying to get the Roadrunner out of the ground. It was so real looking, the Hawk thought it was a live Roadrunner and wanted it. -
Can't wait until spring or when the groung gets soft enough to push the legs into the ground. It looks real enough to fool people walking by. -
New Brunswick, NJ
I Would Buy This Product Again!
I bought two roadrunners - one for the front yard and one for the back yard. As we live in the desert, I was very pleased with the realistic look and size of this item. Placed them by some cactus and they look very real. We had a few roadrunners come by to check them out. -

Los Lunas NM
Great size just what we wanted
Life size. Natural coloring. We'll be anxious to see how our real 'road runner feathered friends' will react to him when they wander through our yard.
Thought it was funny he came with assembly instructions. Legs go here, tail goes there. If you can't figure this one out.........
He'll be a welcome resident in our yard for many years. -
KN the Shopper,
It made the perfect gift for friends who love Road Runners. The only problem now is, where do we want to put it so that we enjoy him the most? -
The Hat Lady,
I purchased the Road Runner a couple months ago and loved it so much I bought a second one. This one I have not put the legs on, so he is sitting on the ground next to the standing one. Makes a very realistic setting! -
Makes a great gift!!!!
This was a gift to someone who is sooo difficult to figure out. He just loved it! He takes pride in his yard and does not put things in it but this roadrunner did the trick! It's just right, well made and durable. -

I purchased two roadrunners. One for front yard and one for the back. It adds and extra nice touch fo the yard. -
Gold Canyon, AZ
Roadrunner looks real
I ordered Randy Roadrunner and got him last week. We put him in our backyard where we can see him from our dining room. He looks SO REAL its unbelievable ! So real that I have done double takes... even though I know better! We live in SW Albuquerque, but we don't get as many as other parts of town do. My husband said he has seen one in the backyard once and another in the front yard...rare for our section. I still get excited when I see the real ones. This one is really wonderful to see ! Great quality too. I'm gonna order a few more buddies for him. -
Albuquerque New Mexico
Randy seems At Home in Sonoran Desert
[...] easy to assemble the five parts together. Looks so natural in the wildflowers with small rocks and some sand in our patch of Sonoran Desert in Arizona. LEgs could be bent so looks like running though. Maybe other models will be made in the future. Would be a nice addition. My husband said to order more when he heard the great price. -

they are so life liike
gave them as a gift for landscaping in Arizona, the roadrunners are great people always stop and take another look, they look so real and many people have asked where to get them, and gladly tell them. -
Randy Roadrunner is great! He looks pretty real (I tricked my husband when he looked out the window!), but here in the desert, don't put him in the yard if you want songbirds. He looks so real that they won't come in the yard. I had to put him in a big cactus in my livingroom! -
It is so fun..
It stays in my flower garden every summer. The color lasts and does not fade. This is a fun piece. -
Looks so real!

A Real Road Runner?
Where I come from road runners are often seen in the garden. I bought this guy because he seemed so life like. I set him in my garden, and even yet, I catch my self seeing him and thinking it is real, Life like, real size reproduction, good natural color. If you like road runners don't miss this fellow- -
Love my Randy
Being from New Mexico, of course, had to have this roadrunner(even if the beak is blue).I have roadrunners come in my yard on occasion and they are fun to watch! If you place the stakes a certain way the tail doesn't fall out, and I didn't find it to be at all flimsy. -
Finally bought my second one
Now I have one in the front and the back. -
Randy Roadrunner is great quality!
We bought two to put in our front yard. The tail feathers are made of resin but look so real. -
Randy the Roadrunner,

Roadrunner Wins the Race!
After ordering the first Roadrunner, we have placed two other orders for a total of six! We are actually keeping two in reserve because they are SO realistic. They add such charm to our backyard even though we live in the midwest! We did glue the tail portion on so that it would not fall off and break. -

I bought one for a friend because she wrote a kids book, Randy Roadrunner, and I thought it looked so great,I bought myself one. Great buy. Cmccoy -

My dog barked at it because she thought it was real and my Dad wanted to know what kind of bird it was because for a minute, he thought it was real. The only down side is I wish I'd have bought 2 when I bought the first one. I took a picture of a real road runner and this statue is perfect! He is life sized! My bird feeder has been up for 9 months and I've only had the road runner installed a week and now I'm getting other birds coming to my feeder. -
Lots of compliments.
Neighbors are doing double-takes, wondering at first glance if it's real. It fits perfectly into my Southwestern landscaping. Actually, it looks better than the real thing - roadrunners look kind of mangey up close. But what's with the blue beak? -
Santa Fe, NM

Very cute, good quality[...] -
I put it in my little attempt of a southwest rock and wild flower garden...looks great. -
Randy is the most authentic roadrunner I have found and I've been looking for years! His beak really shouldn't be blue but I'm very happy with him just the same. Designers seem to do funny things when re-creating the roadrunner and I just wanted one that looks like the real thing and you did it! Thank you Collections - I love shopping with you.
By the way, my son's name is Randy so I bought one for him as well..... -

runner looks great in my desert landscape -
I love my roadrunners. One of them I took his beak off and made him into a fog horn sounding musical instrument without a tail as well. He makes a jug like sound and is a fun way to improve you lung strenghth. The other which sits in front of him (with out legs on a basket woven plate which looks like a nest) is a perfect combination for one's roadrunners with and without beak. My friends love their roadrunners too! -
Life like roadrunner
My roadrunner is in the front yard. The leg broke just getting it into the ground but a rock is propping it up. -
Canyon Lake, Texas

The roadrunner holds a place of honor in the center of a flower bed. You have to do a double-take to realize, he's not real. Beep beep! -
My Pomeranian thought it was real!
This Roadrunner is so realistic my pomeranian thought it was a real bird. She layed in front of it for the longest time and then slowly got closer and closer. Then she pounced towards it to scare it! It was hillarious! When it didnt move, she then slowly moved on in and sniffed every inch of this bird. (every inch!) We got a big laugh watching her to say the least. -
sheri the shopper,
Reminds me of growing up in the 60's!
It's just right. Very nicely painted and sits on thecorner of a paved patio. -
Lifelike!! Stops you in your tracks.
I could not believe how real these look. Friends are stunned when they see them, think they are real. We live in the desert and have lots of real ones running around, but these you can enjoy longer, because they don't run away. I waited until they went on sale, and bought a pair, and they look so natural together at the pond. -
Very neat looking Roadrunner
He is a very authentic looking roadrunner. I have live ones crossing my property and you really have to take a second look when you see him. I had many compliments about my roadrunner and wished I had bought two of them now. -

Randy is instant celeb!
I put "Randy" in my front yard, and every week, when the guys mow my yard, we move him to a different spot. People stop to see if he's real. Even my daughter thought he was real when she drove into the driveway.

Randy the Roadrunner is a welcome addition to any area of your yard. I placed him in my bird garden. What a wonderful addition. The detail and realistic coloring makes it appear lifelike. Had to stabilize one leg into the ground so it wouldn't get tipped over. -
NED THE ROADRUNNER
RANDY WHO IS NOW CALLED NED IS THE SWEETHEART OF OUR NEIGHBORHOOD.
NEIGHBORS KEEP STOPPING BY TO ADMIRE HIM,

NED THE ROADRUNNER,

Sun Lakes, AZ
We have a new pet!
Even though we know Randy is in the yard, he is so realistic, that he gives us a start when we first walk out! He is well worth the price; well-made; weather resistant; cute! -

Randy looks great in my yard. From a distance he looks real. Very strong and sturdy. -
Great item, cute,,,
I bought one of these and it was so gorgeous that I bought two more for my back yard perennial garden... -
Just love it!
This looks real as I gaze at it from my window yet it doesn't scare the other birds away. A lot of fun for a small price. -

Great product..good customer service!
The first Randy Roadrunner was damaged and, after calling Customer Service(the person was very helpful), I received another one, which is standing, proudly, in my front yard. -
Raton, New Mexico
I live in Southeastern Arizona where roadrunners are native. These have confused a few of these natives in my front yard! They are heavy enough not to blow over and durable enough to withstand the intense heat. -
Sierra Vista, Arizona
They look real outside -
Inver Grove Heights, MN
I have many little critters in my front yard as decorations. When I saw this roadrunner I thought it was perfect as I'm in Arizona and these are considered our state bird by many. He's been out there for about a year and I'm surprised nobody has "borrowed" him. I gave one to my mother who just moved into a Senior Home so she can look at him out her door. I just think he's great and he's very sturdy. -
Just what I wanted.
Just what I wanted. I have it mounted on a tree stump in back yard. Great and Fast company to do buiness with -
It is great.
I put it in my yard. It looks real. We have real road runners here and everyone thinks he is real. -
Great for the garden
Looks great in our back yard garden -
Raymond the garden tender,
I love Randy!!
I have landscaped my yard with drought tolerant native plants and Randy fits right in. I ordered a second one because I am impressed with this little guy. I had no problem with assembly and the body of the roadrunner is heavy and not flimsy. it stays in place without tipping over. Not long after I placed it in my front yard, it was noticed by a friend that had stopped by. It looks natural and that was what I wanted. As I said, I ordered another one and I will call it Brandy so Randy won't be lonely. I am impressed with this product. -
Iowa Park, Tx
So cute it was stolen
Quick, easy to assemble and so real looking. With so many roadrunners here in the desert, this one was great in my front lawn. So much so that some thief had to make it his and stole it! Fortunately, a replacement was affordable. Thank you Collections, Etc. -

Las Cruces, NM
Always a Winner
Resale item and it's very popular. Occasionally difficult to get legs into the body. -
My husband & I spend our winters in Arizona in the desert. After purchasing two road runners I put them in the yard next to a cactus. I have had several people stop because they thought they were real. The only assembly was to put the legs & tail into the body & set in the ground. I love my road runners. Now I need some baby ones. -
great, almost real
this is a great itam , it was simple to put together and looks almost real .we put it in our rock garden along with the country wagon i got from collections.the faimly has commeted on the realism of this piece .i am thinking of getting another for the front flower bed -

This is so realistic and living in Las Vegas I see the real thing all the time. -
Las Vegas, NV
This was a great addition to my backyard landscape and looks very realistic. It was very easy to assemble and is well constructed. Good buy! -
Great! Very realistic!
I put this in my backyard when I got this, and then the next morning when I let my dog outside, he charged outside towards the roadrunner to chase it out of his backyard! It was too funny! The roadrunner is very realistic looking! -
Rany the Roadrunner
I place this item in my front yard with my tortoise, standing on a retainer wall looking out over the street. Everyone that passes by have to take a second look. They have stopped me and asked were did I get this roadrunner from and I tell them. They say they love it and it looks so real. -
Las Vegas, NV

apple valley, ca
Exactly what I expected.
I have had this yard ornament before and have gotten lots of positive comments about it, so decided they would make great gifts---and they do, at a very reasonable price. I touched up the sun-faded paint on my old one, moved it to the back yard and place a new one in the front.
A win-win situation. Randy survived our 100+ summer heat and the below freezing winter (with sleet). He's one tough old bird! -
Ruff and Tuff Randy,

Las Vegas, NV
Looks great in my garden. I'm going to order another one. -
I've bought this product twice.
Desert landscape, shows off very nicely. -
I want more for my yard !
I have several in my yard now and it is a shame that I can no longer find this item anywhere. The ones I have are loosing their color and I wanted to replace them with new ones. They are realistic looking and a great yard decoration for southwest landscaping. I have no negative remarks about this item. -
This product is excellent for the front yard. I still think sometimes I have a real roadrunner when I look out the window. I like to move it around in the yard for appeal. -
Rikki the gardener,
We put this product outside in our cactus garden and everyone that looks at our garden does a double take when they see Randy Roadrunner. Fun Product! -
El Cajon, CA
Well worth the wait!
It will go into our yard with a metal saguaro sculpture. I missed out ordering it a long time ago as I debated and then decided all the good reviews made it worthwhile. It had then sold out and been out of stock at least a year now. -
It looks like a real road runner! Is very durable!! -
This is so nice, I have an order in for a second one. I have been waiting for it to return to the catalog. Thank you. -
Grand Rapids MI
Love my roadrunner
Please bring back the roadrunner, I love mind and want to get more for gifts., thank you -
Beautiful and Realistic
I mounted one of these on a large piece of iron wood and the others on the ground around it. Look realistic and improves the look of my back yard -
This is my four set that I bought.
The are very real looking -
Cute garden ornament
Makes a very cute lawn ornament. -
Randy the roadrunner looks so real
I have the Roadrunner behind the waterfalls. He looks as if he is walking across the rocks in search of a good spot to take a drink of water. The Roadrunner looks so real that anyone seeing it thinks it is a real bird. Very well built and easy to put together. -
Las Vegas, NV
ADDS REALISM TO ANY SOUTH WEST DISPLAY
Mounted on a tree limb or iron wood adds to the realism of the piece. Looks great in any Southwestern garden display. -
I have a area where I am adding small animal figures under some birch trees. This really adds to the collection. Plus my guy is a big mopar fan so of course the road runner is a favorite of his. Very nicely detailed. Would recommend it.
The reason for four stars had trouble with his legs to get it to stand where it looked normal. -
Unusual, great attention getter
I have found an area that cannot get enough of them. However there are none to be ordered. -
Arizona, New Mexico
This is a nice sized statue. I will enjoy looking at it in my garden. -
Great addition to the yard
looks great in the yard
delivered on time -
The roadrunner is very cool! It looks great & is very sturdy. We have it in the yard & we live in the desert where these roadrunners live so it looks like one is passing through.. The one thing is the tail is very hard to put into its slot. I am really not sure if I should keep pushing into place or not.. so I will keep playing with it to see. Other then that it is a great piece, looks great & we really like it!!! -
Randy almost looks real
We lived in NM and have seen the real roadrunners.
Very close resemblance. -
A real standout in my flower garden!
So cute....ordered a second one for my daughter-in-law since she loved mine! -
Got 2 as a thank-you gift for hosts living in Az. They are so lifelike people stop on the street to watch them! Joke's on them as they don't move but fooled many neighbors! Not sure how well they'll hold up in AZ heat but kinda fun. -
I purchased for my AZ home. I just wish it had a bit more color but then Road Runners are a bit dull in real life. -
I placed this in my front yard flower bed and have multiple comments on it. Everyone loves my road runner!! -
Cute little Roadrunner
This little roadrunner is a cute addition to my back yard. -
Los Lunas, NM
TO FORM AND COLOR
I plant these in my flower garden and they look great as in my photo. -
CENTRAL HIGHLANDS AZ
Looks real good among garden plants...especially cacti. -
no complaints here -
Ionly ordered the roadrunner because I was pennies away from getting free delivery with all that I had ordered. It actually cost me 2X the postage charge, but at least I was getting something for the extra money. The roadrunner was worth it. -
El PASO, TX
Great garden statue
Used the statue in my cactus garden. Made a great conversation peace. Complimented the scene. -
I put it in a cactus bed, and the roadrunner goes great with this theme. The coloring of the roadrunner could be a little brighter. -
From a distance it looks real!
Looks great in the rock garden, next to the cactus. -
He is so cute.
The wires that hold the feet on need to be very sturdy and not break off. He is so cute in my backyard. Glad my husband was able to fix him. -
St George, UT
We're getting ready for Spring gardening
This will be in the garden in the front of our house. It will look nice in the middle of our flower and cactus display. -
now I need wiley to chase him
Put Randy out front of home really stands out -
too tall lance,
This is cute once my husband fixed the leg on it. The prong to hold the leg on was broken. -
fooling all the people who drive by
don't care for the blue beak and eyes but can easily be changed with a paint pen. other than that looks like the real thing. i just hope all the 'real' roadrunners around here don't attack it. has fooled the neighbors and friends coming over to the house. -
Roadrunner garden statue ornament
The statue is beautifully painted with realistic coloring and is full size. The assembly is simple, but I am not sure the legs will continue to support the body over time. It was probably my oversight, but I was surprised at the 5" rod extending from the bottom of each foot which makes it impossible to stand anywhere except in the ground or in similar material. However, the price is certainly very reasonable! -
Looks real from a distance
I used this at the edge of my yard. It looks pretty realistic. The only thing is the tail which tends to weigh down the body and pulls up the feet so it needs a firm base. -
MH the Beach bum,
How unique and cute
The body of the piece is very nice, and authentic looking.
In the assembly, the little holes for the legs to
slide into, crumbled a bit. And this was only on one of the three that I ordered. You really have to be gentle inserting the legs. However, I glued it back together and it is fine. I was not about to send this adorable roadrunner back. I haven't seen anything as cute. I get a lot of compliments. They are in my flower bed.
Maybe you might work on the attachment part of the legs to improve its' durablility to stay upright. Possibly a deeper insert hole. Other than that, I just love these little guys. -
Realistic looking bird!
This roadrunner looks very realistic in my back yard, and is a great addition. -
Eagle Nest, NM
don't judge a bird by his picture
Randy looked alot better in person! Very nice quality. Looks great in our little rock garden! -
Lovely lifelike bird
Very fast service after placing my order on line.
Securely packed, easily assembled and added to our landscape within minutes. A delight for family and neighbors. -
Lake Havasu City, AZ.
I probably would buy another one
Truthfully, I have not taken it out of the box, got it for a present, so took your word for it by the picture.... -
Please with Roadrunner
Ordered this for my husband as a Christmas gift. He is collecting bird statues for fun to show our 20 month old granddaughter. She loves birds! -
Alabama, Tuscaloosa "Roll Tide!"
We put this with the shadow cowboy and girl and other western theme yard ornaments and he looks so realistic people look twice. My neighbor loved it so much I ordered one as a gift for him. The only assembly required was to stick the tail into an opening, which was super easy. The only negative thing about it is that the tail didn't click in or seat into the opening, so you have to be careful when you pick up the roadrunner or the tail will fall out. It doesn't appear to be fragile though but you just need to hold onto it when moving the roadrunner. -
sun City, CA
legs missing- but loved everything !
I use these outdoors- they are cute and add a touch to my yard . -
Hi Desert, Calif.
Looks great and very detailed
Attaching legs is more difficult than it should be. Had to glue them to keep them in place. -
Looks great! Very realistic.
I have it in the garden area of my patio, and I'm still startled by the realistic appearance. -
I love this roadrunner. I live in the southwest
and occasionally see the real thing. The one is
very realistic. I have him in my patio area. -
Great bird, poor name
Love the cute roadrunner, but I call him Robbie.
I don't care for the implication of the name "Randy". He came packed VERY well, arrived safely, and looks great next to the yucca plant in my garden. -
Great Western Accent
This will be a gift for a western buff.[...] -
very life like, would recommend
purchased for a rock garden and looks great -
Love the Roadrunner
This is the second Roadrunner I purchased as the first one was so cute, well made, and assembled properly. However, this one is cute, well made, but the stops for the legs assembly are on backwards. I had to glue the legs in place. I have already ordered the Roadrunner Sheriff...hope it goes together properly.
Most everything I have purchased from Collections, etc. I have been very pleased with. -
Valley Center, Ca.
Good conversation piece
Presently can not use it outside due to snow but I am looking forward to spring so we can put them in our flower gardens. -
Steve and Joy,
Cold Spring MN
Roadrunner is cute in my garden.
My area has high winds and the product stays in the ground. It is durable and life like as I have real roadrunners where I live. -
joshua tree, ca.
garden decoration -
Love this little guy
This little guy will look great in my garden -
The appearance is nice. I purchased 2 for the yard. The only issue was 1 bird had 1 leg that didn't want to stay in the hole, but it was ok once you got the bird staked. The tails also were not seated in a stable fashion while moving them to the yard; however all seems to be ok now that they are positioned in the dirt. -
Put outside at my desert home under plantings.
Looks real - I have real roadrunners come through my yard at times.
When moving it, sometimes the tail or leg falls off, -
Realistic Design, Breaks Easily
We enjoy seeing this bird as we so often did in our Arizona home. However, we had to replace our first one because the leg mounting supports crumbled. -
San Angelo, TX
Looks like a real bird.
It will be displayed in the yard and may surprise the real road runners. -
Great for yard!
I live in road runner county, but don't see them every day. So realistic that I can now enjoy seeing this bird whenever I look at my front yard. -
Chili pepper grandma,
Tail was broken when it arrived but I used super glue and I also super glued the tail into the body as a good wind would make it fall out.
Very real looking -
It seems to be made well. I had a problem with the legs. I couldn't get the legs to go in the little holes. That part could be made better. -
Edgewood, New Mexico
Realistic looking yard ornament
This roadrunner was a big hit as a yard ornament. He can be mounted to a piece of wood or a flat rock for a great interior decoration. For a 5 star rating the legs need to be in a running position not together, A roadrunner needs to be running! -
Randy is so cute.First thing I did when I received my roadrunner was super glue the legs on, After reading about the legs not staying in the holes.Works great inserting into dirt.no problem. -
almost perfectly happy with it
This is the cutest thing. It looks just like a real roadrunner. [$] is too much but it was a treat for me as I lived in Tucson at one time and saw the real ones so I splurged. I hope it holds up in the weather. -
KEEPS CRITTERS OUT
RANDY DOES A GREAT JOB OF KEEPING OTHER BIRDS FROM THE GARDEN, HAVE NOTICE LESS RABBITS TOO! mY HUBBY LOVE HIM. -
Everyone loves Randy!
Randy was a gift, but hard to give away! He's the perfect added touch to any garden, yard, or anywhere you need just a little bright spot!
He now sits in a yard surrounded by flowers and other yard ornaments, and still catches the eye, and his new neighbors love him so much, that another one (guess I'll name him Rodney)is requested! He's easy to stick anywhere. -
I bought this as a gift for my mother for mother's day. She collects Roadrunners they are hard to find. However she is not able to put it outside because the tail doesn't stay in place and thier is no to make it stay unless you super glue it in and she does not want to ruin it so she is forced to keep it inside the house. -
put it in my flower garden -
I placed this little guy around my pond.
Cute outside. -
Looks good, but ....
Be very careful when putting this product into the ground. Best to make a larger hole than necessary for the legs so it will not break at the body of the bird. -
This is kind of cute in our flower mounds in back yard. Why is the beak brilliant blue? -
Nice but a little large
I added this to a small flower bed. It is a little larger then I thought, but made nicely. -
Nice addition to our garden
While this piece looks good in the garden, I'm concerned about it holding together. The tail doesn't attach well and will fall out if bumped accidentally. Ditto the feet. And a blue beak??
Really, did no one consult a website with a picture of a roadrunner? We're going to repaint that. -
San Diego, CA
can't stand alone
until I get the legs to stay attached it is difficult to add into a display. -
key largo, fl
liked the size of it but the colors of the tail, beak and eyes were not realistic. Had to repaint the beak and eyes at least. Legs are a big wobbly, one seems shorter then the other. -
Wonderful yard art but has its weak poin
Have had the bird out in the yard for about a year. Sprayed with a UV plastic spray to protect against the Fla. sun. Plastic gave in where the legs attach to the body. Can't fix so now I have a handicapped bird with no legs. He still looks neat in the garden but wish he still has legs. -
I use it in my Southwest 'Junque Yard'. Unfortunately, I dropped the tail and it broke, but I Super Glued it back together and then hot glued it to keep it in, since I get 50-90 mph winds in the spring. It's a shame the statue is 2 pieces and breakable. -
good Looking but weak legs
The road runner is a very attractive "lifelike" lawn decoration. The leg assembly is very flimsy and we are still fooling with one of them with a repair putty to get the leg attacjed proberly. -
Looks almost real in the garden
In the garden, almost looks real and size was great. -
Once I get the tail glued in place, the Roadrunner will be placed in my front yard which is mostly southwestern landscaping. It will look cute. -
Had to repaint!
Bought two for gifts and one for myself. Could not believe the blue beak, eyes and highlights. Found pictures on the internet and repainted to look real. Broke when inserting first leg. Glued, seems to be holding. Size is realistic and overall detail is pretty good. Colors just bad. From a distance in the garden I think they will look good now that I corrected the colors. -
Tail did not fit into body very well [...]. I was very disappointed! -
Legs wobbly and not strong enough for [...]
The legs were hard to insert in body of roadrunner. Don't stay secure so sometimes collapses in garden. -
New Braunfels, TX
Roadrunner a little small
The Roadrunner was adorable, but we thought it would be larger. -
waist of money
The connection for the legs broke the first time this was put together and it can not be used!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! -
Legs do not fit well
Had to glue the legs in their holes because they do not fit well. The holes the legs fit in are too fragile, not deep enough and tend to break when you insert the legs. A shame because the detail on the bird is great. -
grandma bought this for her self
i went to put this item together for my gram and there was a piece missing but she had me put it together any way!! -
I bought this product because I thought it looked very realistic. I finally had an opportunity to put it outside. I barely had it outside when pieces of plastic began falling off (by the leg area). -
I will never order anything
Too small. -
Loved how he looked
Wish it did not fall apart, I liked the look and size. -
Structually Not Balanced
I purchased two of these to put in our Tucson backyard & ended up having to glue the metal legs to the bird in order for them to remain intact when pushing them into the ground. Very flimsy design & while the Roadrunner itself is cute, it is not made well. The tail comes detached from the bird as well & when it is stuck to the back, it is so heavy that if forces the bird to be very unbalanced. DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY ON THIS ONE (unless you like having to glue it together before you can use it)! -
Very Poor design -
