I have a misalignment of the spine and it makes my right leg about an inch shorter than my left leg. By putting in more heel lifts in the right shoe, I'm completely evening out my walk. It's a great product in general. -

Works better than "store-bought"
I purchased the "gel heel lifters". They certainly eased my back pain. I will buy these again because they work better than the small store bought heel lifters. My only problem with them is they are "sticky" enough to make it difficult to get feet into shoes. Otherwise, I
am glad I purchased them. -
A upper lift
I have uropathy and dish gel upper lifts really helps my feet. I cannot wear flat shoes because of my neuropathy. These gel inserts for your shoes is really soft and does not dig into your skin. Very comfortable fit to the feet as you walking. -
I need to elevate one foot after hip replacement surgery. This product works better than the one I was using as it allows more range in amount of elevation. Easy to use, just add or remove pieces to get the effect you need. Gel should last longer than foam as well. -
Chris the hobbler,
gel heel lifts
The heel inserts come in four heights. Work in all shoes but are especially wonderful in sandals as they are not noticeable because they are clear -
clear gel heel lifts
Have one leg longer. The inserts help equalize the difference. Can use all four layers or depending on the shoe use as few as one. Wonderful in sandals as they are not obvious to the eye. -
Heel lift benefit ripples through the frame
I've tried lots of heel lifts--leather, hard plastic, gel. Some were too soft, others squirmed around and had to be re-set during the day, and others were too hard. This one gives the user lots of height options, and had tieeny suction-cuts on the bottom to hold it in place in the shoe. Firm, but shock-absorbent. The wonderful surprise is that this lift works so well my hip pain (in the other leg) has been greatly diminished and back pain has all but disappeared. I had no idea the shorter leg was throwing my skeletal system out of kilter and causing back and hip pain! -
Walking aid and balance aid
Gel heels did not enhance my appearance but really helped my balance and keep my back even as I have a 1 1/2 inch difference in leg lengths. -

Only negative is that without socks, the vinyl is uncomfortablely hot and irritating. -
I bought these before and like them so I bought more in order to not have to move them from shoe to show as much. -
My lumbar now oves me!
I Did my research. I bought 5 sets as I like to change shoes.
This was the best alternative I found for my needs

can work for back pain
This is great if you have one leg shorter than another. Must be worn ALL THE TIME. May be beneficial to have more than one to have in several shoes. See A Chiropractor to know exactly what size you should have. -
This product solved a problem after surgery
Love the fact that they are clear. I live in Sandler and need to add over half an inch to one leg. -
gave to my elderly friend as she had hip surgery which shortened her right leg, so thought these would help her...they have helped, but she doesn't use them enough to get the full benefits....so really can't say either way.... -

At last! Major relief from back pain!
These gel inserts come in about 1/8" increments. They can be separated and used for the right amount of height and comfort.
This is my second order, so I can use them in more shoes. -
Adjustable Shoe Heel Gel Lifts
The heel lifts are used daily. The lifts provide balance and stability. -
Not what I wanted
Needed help to make shoes comfortable. Works ok on one pair not so well on other pair. -
Too Stiff and Hard to Take Apart
I was disappointed that these were so difficult to use. Then when I put them in my shoes they were so stiff and I could feel that stiffness on my foot. I'll keep them and try again in another type shoe. -
I would not buy these again
I thought these would help my pronation while using special shoe inserts. Did not help me. -
