This delightful paper towel holder features carefully hand-painted details and plenty of charm. Colorful songbirds are perched atop a branch surrounded by beautiful flowers and a bright butterfly, while another butterfly sits at the top. Holds one standard paper towel roll (not incl.). Not The Best
The only positive thing I can say about this paper towel holder is that it's pretty, and I like the colorful birds and butterfly on it. Now the negatives..... mine was missing the main screw that attaches the dowel to the holder. After contacting customer service, they sent out another holder, which, thankfully, had the screw enclosed. I told them I didn't need another entire holder, just the missing part. They said they can't send out just missing parts. I offered to return the first holder, but they did not need to have it returned. I'm only giving this holder a 2-star rating, as it doesn't accommodate the large paper towel rolls nowadays. You can't easily rip a sheet off until the roll gets used more, and gets smaller. Also, this holder is lightweight, and moves around in circles when a sheet is trying to be torn off. It looked more heavyweight in the photos.
