  • This is a great product!

This is a great product. It's extremely cold this winter, and these convertible mittens are wonderful. Being able to expose my finger tips when I need to use them, and then covering them back up, is perfect! Their being an Thinsulate type item means they will be warmer than most other convertible mittens, but not too bulky. Highly recommend these if you live in the colder climates, and the pricing is pretty good. - , MI

  • Warm, functional, personal favorite

My mom got me a pair of these for Christmas a few years back. Since then I have added more pairs to my wardrobe. Never want to be without these. Warm in extreme weather. And the fliptop lets you easily manipulate items without having to take off the mittens. They are not waterproof, but they have never become saturated from clearing off the car or shoveling snow. Didn't really like mittens till I got these, but now prefer these to any other type of glove. The lining is soft and warm. My hands never feel chilled no matter how bad the windchill. Wristband will cover the wrist but is not too long. Just perfect, love 'em. - , Chicago

These mitten/gloves (convertible mittens) are excellent and very warm!!! With all the texting I do, a thumb flap would be convenient, however, the finger flap easily removes for index finger texting and other tasks. • Good gloves

These gloves/mittens work just fine. They are warm, fit well and I use them regularly. The only con I would mention at all is because the mitten swings up off the fingers, and the fingers themselves don't have any ends, it's a little awkward pulling them off. - , Oklahoma City, OK

  • I like them

The only thing I did not like was that not all five fingers are free, only four. The thumb it enclosed and if I want to use my IPAD it makes this hard. I really like them otherwise, they are heavy enough for the NY winter weather. I like that you have Velcro to flip the hand covering part back if you want the finger's free. - , Penn Yan, NY

  • I bought this product for my husband's hand

These mittens are a good product but my husband is having trouble getting his pinky fingers in them because his pinky fingers are crooked. He has Guilliane-Barre & arthritis and had a couple of strokes so his hands stay cold all the time. I thought these would be the perfect product for him & the mittens would be if he could just get his pinky fingers inside the mittens. His pinkies are bowed at the knuckle from the chronic illnesses he has & almost impossible to move them. There is nothing wrong with the mittens, it's my husband's hands. - , McKenzie, TN

  • Good

Good gloves. Convenient for you, when may need your fingers without pulling off your gloves. - , Colchester, VT

    Category: Personal Care

  • Not bad at all for the price

These are a tight fit and I have small hands/fingers so if your hands are medium to large, they might not work. I had to wash them twice to get the chemical odor out before wearing them but they did not shrink thankfully. I love being able to go outside in the cold with my dog, and keep my hands warm. I'm able to pick up her "business" without having to take off these gloves. Just flip the mitten part up and the velcro keeps the mitten part out of the way while my fingers are uncovered. Definitely a good buy. - , Arizona

  • Takes some getting used to

When I got them I was thrilled. I have Raynaud's and regular gloves (once cold) just kept my fingers cold. I walk a lot and needed the mitten part for that and then when I stop in someplace, I easily can use my fingers by pulling the mitten part back. They are very tight on me (no choice in size) and very difficult for me to get off. Best way to remove is slide fingers into wrist area and push off from the palm side and then do the top. They are extremely warm! For me the extra bit of working with them is worth the effort because they are what they say: warm and cozy. There is a definite need for a choice in size. Choice of color is just a preference for me. - , Roseville, MN

  • Convertible Mittens

The concept is great but these mittens are a bit bulky and the mechanism that holds the finger cover down to the mitten is velcro...which means when you are using the finger cover the velcro is sticking to your jacket if it suseptible to sticky materials. Also, there was a hole is one of the mittens. - , Boston, MA

  • More like child's gloves not for grown wome

These gloves are way to small. I have small to medium size hands but I had trouble pulling them on. I hate returning stuff so I guess I'll keep them. Hoping because they are snug that will make them warmer in Minnesota winter. I guess I should have ordered the men's size. Always read the reviews, I didn't. - , Hopkins, Minnesota

  • Quality Control Lacking

The gloves look nice, are a good price, but have construction issues. There are holes in places. While they are repairable, it would be impossible to confidently ship these to the end user as a gift. Too bad, as that was my intent. If you ship them to yourself you can darn them and probably be happy with them. - , MA, USA

  • Very small

These gloves were bought as a gift to our 25 year old daughter that gas moved to minneapolis. She couldn't get them on and her hands are not large. I was so disappointed. I ordered so many items that were wonderful and was looking forward to the design of these gloves. - , Seattle

  • Not for adults

Pro: The gloves are of good quality. Con: These gloves are really made for children. I have small to medium size hands but could barely pull them up. To much trouble to send back so I am donating both pairs. I should have bought the men's size. I'd love to buy a pair of mittens with a leather or suede patch on the palms so they wouldn't slip while I drive. - , Hopkins, Mn

I found these to be nice and thick, just what I needed but they were so small I had to give them to my 12 yr. old granddaughter. There is no size choice that I saw. I found some at a department store for the same price and didn't have to pay shipping. - , springfield, il.

  • Gloves on small side

I briefly tried on the mittens, discovered they were too small for me, and mailed them back to exchange them for the larger size. I would characterize the sizes as small-medium and medium-large rather than women's and men's. - , Ames, IA
