Here is the ultimate, deluxe cookware recommended by Chef Daniel Green. The Gotham Steel Pan makes cooking easier by combining a non-stick ceramic surface with super-strong scratch-resistant titanium. Now your food will slide right off, without using butter or oil, so your recipes can be prepared with less fat and calories. The scratch-resistant surface is safe to use with metal utensils and is dishwasher safe. It's even safe in the oven up to 500º! Stainless steel and aluminum. 5-qt. Stock Pot with Lid.
I put my review under the wrong item. I put my review under the lid for the fry pan but every product is fabulous. Cooking with this it doesn't boil over like other pots. I use exclusively now. Especially pasta, no residue stuck on bottom of pot. I have replaced all my cookware with all of These items. -

Hope these last for the rest of my life, but haven't had them long enough to know how durable they will be. -
Gotham Stock pot
The Gotham products are difficult to find first of all and this was a great deal, good price and included the glass lid. Very pleased. No sticking, easy clean up, no sticking even burned on food. My friend also ordered the same on recommendation. -
much better than the Copper Chef because i
Gotham Steel is the best. I have bought 2 skillets. You can use either nylon, wood, or metal cooking utensils in them & they do not scratch! I ordered the 5 piece square set with the fry basket, (from Copper Chef) & it is not as durable as the Gotham Steel brand. You can only use nylon or wooden utensils in it because it scratches easily. To be fair, I have not tried the Red Copper products to test them yet. They are supposed to be as good as Gotham Steel, so will try a product in the future. -
CharlieBear in Kentucky,
I have replaced a lot of my pots and pans with this type. Everything seems to taste better with it. I have baked a beef roast, with potatoes, soups, chili, pasta, etc. Cleans up so far with only water-everything just slips off. It is nice and large, and heats well. You DO have to be careful with the handles; they get hot. Really warm when cooking stove top-pot holders in oven cook.Holding up well so far. Company would be smart to offer handle covers. -
