A bright addition to your outdoor decor, this unique starburst is inspired by nature. On each side 25 lights appear at the ends of "twigs" that can be formed into a pretty starburst shape. A handy remote control lets you turn the lights on or off. Req. 3 "AA" batteries (sold separately). Remote includes 1 button cell battery. Iron and plastic.12"Dia.
Nice to use all year round. -
thought this would be cool looking hanging on the porch of our summer home. -
nice, but tricky to install batteries
Really like these - just had trouble finding how to install batteries - screws covered with small rubber in each corner. Hanging them in a tree and they look great. One decoration my husband asked me to order more!!! -
Love them,,and they even have a remote control,,using them for Christmas, and will use them in the summer on the deck,,would recommend to anyone! -
use as christmas decoration -
Wonderful item and service
Took a long time -
the KC decorator,
Love this light
I love this design looks awesome. The directions dont state how to put in batteries. I found that info in a review. The little round black rubber plugs come out to remove screws from back cover to put batteries in . The remote is an awesome feature as well. -
Instructions need updating!!!
Love these lights, BUT there is no information on how to open battery compartment. There are little rubber circles in each corner that cover the small screws that need to be undone. Then you can open the compartment. Once done, they are great and I can probably leave up all year, not just for Christmas. -
Nice, but the instructions don't help.
I was thrilled with the stick lights until I tried to install the batteries for the lights. There was nothing in the instructions for installing them (there was a diagram for installing them into the remote section - batteries already installed). My husband looked it over and couldn't figure it out either. He even tried to saw it apart figuring maybe some glue held it together, to no avail. Finally, by sheer accident, he knocked out one of the little rubber covers on the feet and discovered screws. Who hides something like that? We took out all four covers, unscrewed the little black box and installed batteries. We then reassembled the box and turned it on. I really do like sticks lights, but you almost got it back. Perhaps someone should let the manufacturer know that the instructions left out this important little tidbit. -
Twig is beautiful when lit, but I almost sent it back because I had a very difficult time trying to open battery compartment. Directions say "push & slide" but you actually have to remove 4 screws. -
SF Bay Area
These Lights are very pretty when batteries are strong but they sure use up the battery faster than I thought. -
nice, but a little "clunky"
pretty product except the battery compartment is large and bulky and too close to the product so it shows unless you hang it very close to the ceiling. -
No directions as how to open battery case. If I had not read the reviews which stated how to do it I would be returning it. Rubber stops that do not look like they come out were hiding the screws that need to be removed to put in batteries.
I do like the product once you can get past this
Nice but remote worked only once!
It was okay -
bad directions on how to get the battery co
The directions say to slide the battery cover off. Not so, there are 4 screws on the battery cover back that have rubber plugs in them that you remove to get to the screws. Very bad instructions!!!! -
Not as exciting as it looks
the on & off button is flimsy. had to work at it
to make it come on
Although it looks nice from afar (once it is on) -
I bought one of these , it did not work . I called them and they replaced it free of charge , but it now don't work after just a couple of weeks . Batteries go out after one evening being on . Very dis-appointed !!! They would be darling if they would stay working and if the batteries would last !!! -
crazy dog lady,
No thank you.
I did discover how to open the battery compartment, but the lights were so dim, I couldn't even see them through the window up close. Sorry, but I had to ask for a refund, wasn't worth the $$$$. -
I have been shopping with this company for yrs and have had pretty good luck, but this faulty twig starburst that did not work at all and they are going to charge me $8.00 to send this defective product back to them, I will think about ordering from this company again!!!!! -
I had big problems with this item.
There is no way to get the top off the battery compartment. Will end up throwing out as it is too expensive to return. -
The instructions that come with this say to install the batteries "slide to open". It doesn't work that way, after tearing to pieces i realized that under the 4 rubber things on back is 4 screws. Can't even write the correct instructions for their product!!!! -
Wish it was as pictured
Could not even find a way to open the battery compartment to insert the batteries. Also, no way to shape it as pictured. Just tossed it in the trash. -
Waste of your $$
Impossible to open battery compartment
the beautiful starburst is of no use to me
because I can't place the batteries in the
compartment to turn it on! -
Sing, sing a song ...,
Sorry, but this never worked. The lights were so dim I couldn't see it hanging 2 feet from our window. Thanks for the credit I received -
I have ordered alot of stuff over the years and this was just plan bad. Could not open the battery case .My son even tried, Sent them back got a replacement and the same thing. There are 4 little rubber covers in the back and under them are screws You have to remove the rubber covers and unscrew the very small screws. The direction are not for this product, Once we finally got that figured out the product is nothing to brag about. The only thing I can say about this experience is that customer service did email me back in a timely manner -
OK. My wife and I are pretty well educated but we could not get the battery compartment open.
Instructions say "Push and Slide". Now, I'm not sure in what language "Push and Slide" translates to "Remove four rubber grommets on bottom and REMOVE FOUR SCREWS" but it's certainly not English.
Once I came here and saw other reviews I was able to get batteries in. Out of 4 of these, one is DOA as the solder came off the On/Off connection. The others seems to work. For now. We'll see how long they last - they seem pretty cheap. -
RETURNED THEM!!!! Not at all like I expecte
How do you hang these and hide the battery pack?? The pack is big, strand to hang from short, remote did not work unless you were right on time of it! Just not worth the money -
Very cheaply made
This product was the most cheaply made I've seen. The strands are held together with black tape which was already coming unraveled and the ugly battery box hanging on top of fixture is so unattractive and the whole thing looks really cheap and flimsy. I shipped it back for refund. -
El Cajon, Ca.
This solar light twigs look nice, but don't work. I've changed the solar batteries 2 times & it was very faint light, couldn't even see it out the window & then stopped being light at all. -
I would not buy this product again!
Product instructions for inserting batteries were incorrect. Purchased four of these items. Once assembled only two of the four would work with the remote(s). -
