I really like the idea, IF IT WORKED!!!!
like others have written, it only plays for a few seconds and he does not rock. I tried rechargeable batteries that had just been charged, nothing happen, tried more batteries, nothing happen. Tried more batteries that's when it played a few seconds, but he didn't rock. I get every thing that's Santa and I really liked the description of it So sorry that it didn't work. To return something that is defective I have to pay $7.99 to send it back, so do I throw more money away for nothing or do I just throw it in the trash, so I don't throw more money away? I'm retired and can't afford throwing money in the trash. I've dealt with this company for years. But I think this is the final purchase. -

I physically cried with disappointment and
This product was a huge disappointment. I purchased (2). The first one, I was notified after payment that it was on backorder for nearly a month. The second one I purchased for a gift. I was so excited, eager. I knew this would please both the gift recipient and myself. Upon finally receiving these the disappointment began. The gift recipient had problems with the music and rocker. They would only work for 20-30 seconds and only if you pressed the test button. There was glue on the face of the Santa and not assembled as pictured. A few days later I received mine. It was in such a wreck that I physically cried and then put it back in the box after taking pictures. There was hot glue running down the side of Santa's suit and the rocking chair. Santa's bottom was not even seated in the chair. The same issue as the gift receipient with music and motion only playing if test button was pressed every 30 seconds. The bear and toy bag were in opposite arms than advertised. They look like they were just slapped on there with hot glue and no care. The drum in the toy bag had the open end of raw edge material showing as the main focal point. Part of the ornament in the toy bag was broken. Needless to say, I am way more than hurt, upset, saddened and disappointed. -
