good for baking
I bake a lot, including bread and cheesecakes. This works well for both especially for breads as I don't like the short bread pans for baking white bread. -

Bought this for my daughter-in-law as she makes all her kids cakes and is always making homemade breads for her family. -
I used this pan to form homemade bread I was making. It was great and the bread form came out perfect. Can't wait to make a cheesecake with it. -
Patty the perfectionist,
Bakes breads evenly and doesn't stick!
This non-stick springform loaf pan works really well as it bakes breads evenly, is non-stick and makes a nicely unique shaped loaf. I really like it! -

I have purchased this item as a gift for an adult "child" who "bakes off her problems" by baking cakes for people she wants to give a lift to. Can there be anything better than that? -

fun to use
Tried cake and bread. Both turned out right and cute. -
Sturdy construction, easy to use and to clean. -
Easy use, and to clean up
I love these pans. So easy to use and cleanup afterward. They give your bread a nice form and are longer than triditional loaf pans. -
Love this pan
I have been making many loaves of bread using shredded Zucchini or any other vegetable ad/or fruit and also adding more flour so the pan is fuller. It is larger than a regular loaf pan. I love that. It cleans so easily after unlatching the top from the bottom. Even with the sticky bread batter, no sticking. I can't say enough good things about this pan. -
great product -
all my girlfriends want one
Great for those special breads -
springform baking pan
love it!!! -
dawn the baker,
Finally, a perfectly cooked loaf of bread! The typical 9x5 loaf pan always left me with uncooked batter in the middle. This longer shape bakes evenly and the spring form allows you to remove it entirely for a beautiful presentation. Due to other reviewers' complaints of leakage, I put it on a cookie sheet, but my batter didn't leak one bit. Clean up was a breeze. I can't wait to make my next loaf. Highly recommend! -
GAVE IT AS A GIFT TO MY DAUGHTER WHO LOVES TO BAKE -
this is perfect for a small ice cream cake, smaller version of tiramisu, lasagna, anything you want to scale down with easy removal. -

I really like the unique design and shape. Never saw a spring form pan for a loaf cake. Releasing the cake is simple and an is easy to clean. -
Going to use this in my bread making, my loaves will be lovely! -
Perfect bread pan
I've been looking for a springform pan for a long time for making cheese, rye, sourdough, banana, & particularly raisin-cinnamon bread for French toast, & this pan is just right. -
Fantastic!!!! So easy to use
These pans are great. My husband makes his homemade bread in them and the loaves just come right out. Nice size loaf, too! -
Hip to be somewhat square!
This pan is AMAZING! used it to make a Cheesecake right away and it was so nice to be able to cut slices versus wedges. It made for a fabulous presentation. Also made it easy to portion and freeze pieces. Going to buy a second one. -

This loaf pan is great. The only down side is that I had to guess as to the amount of batter needed. I guessed right and the cake came out perfect! -

Great Bread Pan
I purchased two loaf pans so I can make 2 bread loaves at one time. This pan has served my need for a long bread pan rather than a round loaf. -

Too much whiz and not enough bang
Different type of loaf pan that allows better removal.
When soaking in kitchen sink prior to hand washing, water tends to leak to side of pan. -
It needs a cover. It would be easy to store after cooling. Otherwise you'll need another container or wrap in foil. -
Makes a bigger loaf of bread

springform loaf baking pan
I have been wanting a springform loaf pan for years and was pleased when I found this one. I would give this item a 5 star rating if it didn't leak liquids out the bottom edge. The oval isn't shaped to fit the bottom perfectly so you can see gaps when closed that allows liquids to flow right out. I think it's a little over priced for the quality your getting! Having said that it still works great when baking bread and since I do bake a lot of bread I will get plenty of use out of it. I haven't had it long enough yet to see how the metal will hold up or if it will rust over time. I like it for baking bread but wish I had just went out and bought a higher end one that will allow you to bake anything you want to in it without the worry of having to clean up a mess from leakage afterward and having your time and trouble as well as ingredients wasted if your trying to bake anything other then bread. -
Liked it till I used it
I found this difficult to clean. Where the pan is seamed together batter had oozed into it and was difficult to remove. I wouldn't buy this again. -
Not high quality
The frame did not fit the bottom tightly so if I do not line wuth parchment paper the batter leaks onto the base assembly. -
Would never deal with this company again!!!
Not good quality at all. -
2nd use--the nonstick coating came off on m
The first time I used this it was great. Bread came out perfectly. I loved the longer loaf. I was thrilled. Couldn't wait to make more. BUT...the second time was a disaster. The non-stick coating came off and stuck to my bread. I didn't do anything different from the first time. I had no choice but to throw it out. -
Looks are deceiving
The pan is appealing looking. I liked the size. How ever the pan does not seal, therefore, leaking batter into the oven. -
