Simply soak the crown of the cap in cold water, wring out the excess, and it will provide cooling relief for up to 2 hours! The cap also has built-in UPF 50 sun protection to block 98% of the sun's harmful UV rays. The cap has an adjustable touch closure on the back for a custom fit.
