It features a stainless steel induction plate on the bottom to ensure even heat – no hot spots! The smooth ceramic surface is anti-stick, anti-scratch – no oil or butter needed. Heat-resistant up to 500ºF, it is great to use in the oven and works on all cooktops – gas, electric, ceramic and induction. PFOA and PTFE-free. 9 1/2"Sq. pan. Hand wash recommended.
